However, customers who need a large amount of feed or are traveling a long distance to Gillett for pick-up should call to confirm the products are in stock.

A: Gillett Milling custom mixes small batches of as little as 300 pounds of feed.

A: For ease of handling and storage, Gillett Milling sells feed in 50-pound bags.

A: Typically, Gillett Milling provides same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

A: Gillett Milling stocks feed and farm supplies for hobby farmers who raise chickens, goats, sheep, horses and rabbits. Feed prices are in line with or below the Big Box Stores and larger feed mills.

A: Gillett Milling’s food plot seed is field-tested and guaranteed to be fresh for the best germination. Hunters can mix and match ingredients to make their own food plot seed blench or select one of Gillett Milling’s three blends of food plot seed, tailored to Wisconsin’s whitetails. The mill also sells a supplier’s premixed blend, plus fertilizer and lime for deer herd food plots.

A: Gillett Milling coordinates baby chick ordering and delivery from March to August. In the spring, deliveries are available every two weeks on Tuesdays. Farmers must pick up their baby chicks by 4:30 p.m. We process custom orders and preorders for our customers; chicks are not housed here.

Gillett Milling mixes its own chicken feed, using a perfect blend of protein, calcium, vitamins and nutrients to promote healthy growth and maximize egg production. The chicken feed comes as a crumble, made in-house and always fresh, without extra additives or fillers. Chicken feed is available as Chick Starter, Chick Grower (for baby chicks after six weeks), Complete Layer for laying hens (when the first egg is laid or at 18 weeks) and Broiler Feed for meat birds.
